In recent years, the concept of the Garden room and Orangery - although, more commonly referred to as conservatories - has been seen. Previously, clients would request only simple window frames and short glazed roofs: our more modern designs have allowed our discerning customers to incorporate a relaxed dining area or a space for the family to relax.

The favoured timber for many of customers is either European Oak or Sapele (a sub-species of Mahogany); each of these has been proven to withstand the British winter, when left with a natural finish or when painted.

To ensure a light and airy room, skylights are often integrated into either a lead or tile roof; however, many other other options, such as glazed roofs, are also available.
